Vicks Vaporub, with its powerful action, gives quick relief from the various symptoms of cough and cold. Topical application of Vicks Vaporub on chest, neck, forehead and back can be done gently rubbing, two to three times a day. It can also be inhaled as steam. Prepare a bowl of hot water that is not boiling and add one to two teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub. Inhale the vapours with a towel over your head for 10 mins to ease difficulties in breathing and congestion of the nose. Steam inhalation for children must be done under adult supervision.
